There are Certain Measures that need to be taken within 48 hours of a Water Intrusion problem Water Intrusion Problems can range from:

- Toilet Over Flows
- Leaky Windows
- Leaky Roof
- Gutter Failure
- Improperly installed Gutter Down Spouts
- Your Ground Sloping toward your foundation
- Very Slow Seeping Plumbing, toilettes, tubs, domestic water, waste pipes
- Improper Installation of Exterior Siding , Windows and Roof
- Elevated Humitity within the home
- Improperly Maintained Aquariums
- Blocked Dryer Vents
- Water wicking through the foundation to the wood fraiming
- Find the source / and have the problem area dried out as soon as possible. Immediately within 24 hours, no later.
- Note for Homeowners: Never use the word MOLD with your insurance agent / adjuster.
- Have the water cleaned us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.....
- Note: It is not Uncommon for insurance companies to fail on addressing your problem immediately. If you have read your homes, vehicles, RV's, boats you will see that there is an exclusion for mold. (Mold is not covered)
